Tai Chi Short Form

This easy to master Yang style Tai Chi form consists of thirteen movements,  8 postures practiced to the  4-directions, with unique spirals gracefully flowing left and right. Most forms only turn in one direction. By turning in both directions, it develops both left and right hemispheres of the brain and Energy Body.

Because it is a short form, it is easy to experience the inner structure, relaxation, alignment and energy of Tai Chi. Once learned it can be performed in 10-12 minutes making it easy to incorporate into a busy life. Requires just a small space to practice, a living room, your office  or hotel room when traveling, this from can be practiced most anywhere. 

This short form encompasses all the basic moves of longer Yang style Tai Chi forms making it especially good for beginners.  Since it can be done in 10 minutes it can be a great refresher in the middle of a busy day. We’ll learn the inner structure of chi flow and is you already know a tai chi form, this will help you refine your Tai Chi with superb details and personal hands on attention, including  rooting, Tan Tian centering, expansion & contraction and mindful choice.
