Qi Gong means Energy Exercises or Energy Cultivation, there are many variations of Qi Gong. These ancient exercises are fun and  easy to practice and can enhance one's health and vitality.  A daily Qi Gong practice is a beautiful gift for yourself, friends and loved ones.  

An important goal of Qi Gong  is to clear and circulate energy and blood throughout the Channels, detoxify the internal organs and increase the Qi flow throughout the body generating Vitality and Health. The meditative aspect of Qi Gong enhances our awareness of self and our inseparable relationship to the whole of life, opening us to the spontaneous, dynamic, magical nature of life.

All classes are taught by David, he is a doctor of Chinese Medicine and has studied Qi Gong for over almost 30-years and has taught Qi Gong for almost 20-years, he has taught Medical Qi Gong and Chinese medicine for over a decade at Chinese medical schools in the Los Angeles area. He has studied a wide range of Qi Gong from many traditions and is a Senior Healing Tao instructor. David teaches in a fun, gentle, user-friendly way.
